How To Make Gnocchi & Tomato Bake
A deliciously comforting tomato bake with soft and pillowy gnocchi, perfect for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the tomato sauce, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add the cooked gnocchi to the tomato sauce mixture, and toss until well coated.

Transfer the gnocchi and tomato sauce mixture to the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
