How To Make Gluten-Free Turkey Meatballs Recipe
Flavorful gluten-free meatballs made with ground turkey, herbs & spices. Perfect for a healthy dinner or appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except for the olive oil.

Mix well and form into meatballs (should make 12-16).

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add meatballs.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side to brown.

Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

Serve with your favorite sauce or as desired.
