A gluten-free and flavorful dish with juicy shrimp and garlicy sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Gluten-free pasta or rice, for serving
Instructions

In a shallow dish, combine gluten-free flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Dredge shrimp in flour mixture and shake off excess.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add chicken broth, white wine, and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes until liquid is reduced by half.

Add butter and stir until melted and sauce is smooth. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in sauce.

Serve hot over gluten-free pasta or rice, garnished with chopped parsley.
