Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- sesame seeds and sliced green onions (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic. Reserve half of the mixture.

Brush chicken breasts with remaining soy sauce mixture and grill for 6-8 minutes per side, until cooked through.

In a small saucepan, whisk together reserved soy sauce mixture, cornstarch, and water. Heat over medium heat until sauce thickens.
