How To Make Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup of gluten-free sourdough starter
- 1 cup of water
- 2 cups of gluten-free flour blend
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
Instructions

Combine sourdough starter, water, and gluten-free flour blend in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.

Add salt, olive oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Mix until the dough comes together.

Cover the bowl with a damp towel and let it sit at room temperature for 8 hours or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Place a baking sheet in the oven to preheat.

Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on the hot baking sheet. Cut a few slashes on top of the loaf.

Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 400°F and bake for an additional 30-40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
