How To Make Gluten-Free Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free oat flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, egg, almond milk, and vinegar.

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  5. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.
