Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free flour mix
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp coarse sea salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a baking sheet.

In a large bowl, mix flour, xanthan gum, yeast, and salt.

Add olive oil and warm water, and mix until a sticky dough forms.

Transfer dough to the greased baking sheet and press it down to form a rectangle.

Sprinkle dried rosemary and coarse sea salt on the dough.
