- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

In a bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and raisins.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the vegetable oil and almond milk.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
