A moist and delicious bread recipe made with gluten-free flour and bursting with the sweet flavor of fresh blueberries.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and mix in vegetable oil and almond milk.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Fold in fresh blueberries.

Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
