How To Make Gluten-Free Tomato Basil Capellini
Delicious gluten-free pasta in a refreshing tomato and basil sauce.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 oz gluten-free capellini pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook gluten-free capellini pasta according to package directions.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add in crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Let the sauce cook for about 10 minutes.

Add in chopped fresh basil and stir.

Season sauce with salt and pepper.

Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.

Serve hot with additional fresh basil as garnish.
