How To Make Gluten-Free Fettuccine Carbonara

Ingredients
- 12 oz gluten-free fettuccine
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.

In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Add garlic and cook for another minute.

In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, Parmesan cheese, milk, salt, and pepper together.

Drain the cooked fettuccine and add it to the bacon skillet. Turn off the heat and let it cool for two minutes.

Add the egg mixture into the skillet, stirring constantly to avoid curdling.
