How To Make Flash-fried Courgettes
Thinly sliced courgettes fried to crispy perfection in a flash.

Ingredients
- 2 courgettes, sliced into thin rounds
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each courgette slice into the flour mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.

Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the courgette slices in batches for about 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Repeat with the remaining courgette slices.
