How To Make Egg Fried Rice with Prawns & Peas
This delicious and savory dish combines fluffy rice, succulent prawns, and sweet peas, creating a perfect balance of flavors.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup of peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir-fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the cooked rice, peas, and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until heated through.

Return the scrambled eggs and prawns to the pan. Mix well with the rice and peas. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly to ensure even heating.
