How To Make Dr Pepper Chili Recipe
A hearty chili recipe with a unique twist of Dr Pepper, perfect for chilly nights.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Dr Pepper
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, brown the ground beef. Drain any excess fat.

Add onion, garlic, and green bell pepper. Cook until onion is translucent.

Stir in kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Dr Pepper, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover and let simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Uncover and continue to simmer for an additional 30 minutes, or until the chili has thickened to your desired consistency.
