Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup Dr Pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion, parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.

Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.

Form the mixture into 1 inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.

In a separate bowl, mix the ketchup, Dr Pepper, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

Pour the BBQ sauce over the meatballs and bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and caramelized.
