  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Grease a 6-inch cake pan with coconut oil.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond flour, applesauce, coconut oil, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix well.
