Authentic street-style tacos made at home with juicy carne asada, fresh cilantro and onions, and tangy lime wedges.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 limes, quartered
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, white vinegar, cumin, chili powder, and minced garlic.

Add the sliced flank steak to the marinade and toss to coat. Allow the steak to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Preheat a non-stick grill pan over medium-high heat.

Grill the marinated steak for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked to desired level of doneness.

Heat the tortillas on a separate pan over low heat.

Assemble the tacos by placing steak strips on a warm tortilla, and top it with a sprinkle of chopped cilantro and onions.
