How To Make Del Taco’s Chicken Cheddar Nachos
Nachos topped with seasoned chicken, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, and sliced jalapeños – an explosion of flavors in every bite!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Layer the tortilla chips onto a large baking sheet.

Sprinkle the shredded chicken over the chips, making sure to distribute evenly.

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the chicken.

Add the diced tomatoes, red onion, and jalapeños over the cheese.

In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the top of the nachos.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh cilantro over the top.
