How To Make Dairy Free Peanut Butter Cookies
Deliciously crunchy and nutty peanut butter cookies that are free from dairy.

Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, applesauce, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.

Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Add baking soda and salt to the mixture and mix again.

Scoop cookie dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Using a fork, press down the dough to create a criss-cross pattern on top.

Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
