Serves:
Ingredients
- 500g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Add chicken to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.

Thread chicken, red onion, and bell peppers onto skewers, alternating as desired.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat, and grill skewers for 5-6 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through.
