A delicious, fluffy, and moist vanilla cake made without dairy.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add in vegetable oil, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the pan and then remove and let cool completely on a wire rack.
