  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix coconut milk, sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet mixture.

  5. Pour batter into greased cake pan.

  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Let cake cool on rack before serving.
