  • 1 cup almond milk

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix almond milk and vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes.

  4. Add sugar, oil, and vanilla into the almond milk mixture. Mix well.

  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients while mixing until no lumps remain.

  6. Pour batter into a greased 8-inch cake pan and bake for 30 minutes.

  7. Let cake cool before serving.
