Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup of canola oil
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9-inch cake pan with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, unsweetened applesauce, canola oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.

Add in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until the batter is well combined.
