How To Make Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Dust chicken thighs in the flour mixture, making sure they are coated evenly.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and place the chicken thighs skin-side down.

Cook for 5-7 minutes until the skin is golden and crispy.

Flip the chicken thighs and transfer the skillet to the oven.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
