Delicious and crunchy shortbread infused with the citrusy flavor of orange.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of orange zest
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Stir in the orange zest.

Gradually add the flour, mixing until the dough comes together.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
