This recipe features crispy bacon and creamy avocado on toasted bread, creating a delicious and satisfying dish.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bacon
- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed
- 4 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

In a small bowl, combine the mashed avocados, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until well combined.

Toast the slices of whole wheat bread in a toaster or under the broiler until golden brown.

Spread a generous amount of the avocado mixture onto each slice of toasted bread.
