  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well combined.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

  5. Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetables.
