- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, chia seeds
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine the oats, milk, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.

Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
