- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar
- Maple syrup, for serving
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and swirl 1 tablespoon of cinnamon sugar onto the pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden.

Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon sugar.
