Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add in the egg and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, until fully combined and a dough forms.

Scoop the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned.
