How To Make Chocolate Praline Pancake Cake
A decadent and rich dessert that combines fluffy chocolate pancakes with a creamy praline filling.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped pralines
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.

In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

To assemble the pancake cake, place one pancake on a serving plate and spread a layer of whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with chopped pralines. Repeat this process with the remaining pancakes, ending with a layer of whipped cream and pralines on top.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
