How To Make Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Fluffy and delicious pancakes with gooey chocolate chips mixed in.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Heat a lightly greased griddle or skillet over medium heat.

Scoop 1/4 cup portions of batter onto the griddle and spread slightly with the back of a spoon.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Serve with maple syrup and additional chocolate chips, if desired.
