How To Make Chive and Onion Biscuits
These savory biscuits are packed with chive and onion flavors, perfect for a delicious breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/3 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add in cold butter and use a pastry cutter or your hands to blend the butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Mix in fresh chives and green onions.

Slowly pour in milk and stir until a sticky dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface and roll out to 1/2 inch thickness.

Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter or the rim of a glass.

Place biscuits onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on top.
