- 8 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs until well blended.

Stir in chives and goat cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
