How To Make Chilli Chicken with Honey & Soy
Spicy and flavorful chicken with a sweet and tangy glaze made from honey and soy sauce.

Ingredients
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 2 tbsp spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken pieces and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add sliced onion, bell pepper, and green chilies. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly cooked but still crunchy.

Return the cooked chicken to the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.

Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
