How To Make Cheesy Eggy Bread with Chunky Salad
This dish is a delicious combination of cheesy eggy bread and a refreshing chunky salad.

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of olives, sliced
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are coated.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the eggy bread slices until golden brown on each side.

Place the cooked eggy bread slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

In a separate bowl, mix together the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.

In a small jar, combine the olive oil and lemon juice. Shake well to mix.
