  • 8 slices of brioche bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  • Maple syrup, for serving
  • Fresh berries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.

  2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.

  3. Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side.

  4. Place the soaked bread slices onto the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

  5. Repeat with the remaining slices.

  6. Serve the Brioche French toast warm with maple syrup and fresh berries.
