How To Make Boston Market Turkey Breast Recipe

Tender and juicy oven-roasted turkey breast with savory seasoning – just like the ones served at Boston Market!

Ingredients

  • 1 (2lb) boneless turkey breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and black pepper.

  3. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the turkey breast, making sure it’s evenly coated.

  4. Place the turkey breast in a baking dish and cover with foil.

  5. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the turkey is cooked through and golden brown.

  6. Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
