How To Make Blueberry Bostock
A tasty and indulgent dessert made with sweet brioche, almond cream, and juicy blueberries.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of brioche bread
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup almond paste
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spread a thin layer of almond paste on each slice of brioche bread.

In a bowl, mix the softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Spread a layer of the butter mixture on top of the almond paste.

Arrange the blueberries on top of the butter mixture.

Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.

Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
