How To Make Banana & Blueberry Muffins
Delicious muffins packed with ripe bananas and juicy blueberries, perfect for a breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the blueberries.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
