Ingredients
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup of day-old bread cubes
- 1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain the excess fat.

In a bowl, mix the bread cubes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Add the bacon and grated cheese to the bowl and stir well.

Spread out the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the croutons are golden brown.
