How To Make Apricot Jam
A sweet and tangy jam made from fresh apricots.

Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh apricots, pitted and chopped
- 500 g sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine the apricots and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the sugar to dissolve.

Place the saucepan on medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally.

Add the lemon juice and continue cooking for 30-40 minutes, until the jam thickens and reaches a jam-like consistency. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Once the jam is ready, remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

Pour the jam into sterilized jars and let it cool completely before sealing.

Store in a cool, dark place for up to 1 year.
