How To Make Grape Crumble Bars
These bars are a perfect blend of sweet and tart with a crispy crumbly crust and a juicy grape filling.

Ingredients
- For the Crust and Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- For the Filling:
- 2 cups seedless red grapes
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add chilled and cubed butter and using your fingertips, rub it into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add the lightly beaten egg and vanilla extract and mix until the dough comes together.

Take 2/3 of the dough mixture and press it evenly into the prepared baking dish.

In another bowl, toss together grapes, cornstarch, granulated sugar, and lemon juice.

Spread the grape mixture evenly over the crust in the baking dish.

Mix the remaining 1/3 of the dough mixture with rolled oats and sprinkle it over the grape layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.

Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
