  • 2 cups chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, salt, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper.

  3. Gradually whisk in warm water and olive oil until a smooth batter forms.

  4. Pour batter into a greased 12-inch pizza pan.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until edges are golden brown and crispy.

  6. Add desired pizza toppings and return to oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is fully cooked.

  7. Slice and serve hot.
