How To Make Chickpea Flour Crepes
Thin, crispy and delicious crepes made with chickpea flour.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup of chickpea flour
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp of coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 tbsp of chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp of oil
Instructions

In a bowl, combine chickpea flour, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder.

Slowly add water and whisk until smooth.

Add chopped coriander and mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush with oil.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter and spread evenly to form a thin crepe.

Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Repeat with the remaining batter.
