How To Make Chickpea Flour Crackers
Crunchy, gluten-free crackers made with chickpea flour and spices.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Add water and olive oil to the mixture, and stir until it forms a dough.

Roll out the dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.

Using a sharp knife, cut the dough into small crackers.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
