Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp butter, softened
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until smooth and light.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Add the almond flour and stir until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a ball. Flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
