Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl and mix in olive oil.
- Add the egg and olive oil mixture to the almond flour mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut desired shapes using a cookie cutter or knife.
- Place crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow crackers to cool before serving.
