How To Make Almond Flour Coconut Macaroons Recipe

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut, condensed milk, vanilla extract and salt.

  3. Add beaten egg and combine well.

  4. Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.

  6. Let them cool completely before serving.
